Ezi-SERVO® Motors are available in NEMA 8, 11, 17, 23, 24 and 34 configurations. The integrated Motion Control can be linked up to 16 axes and can be operated from a PC through RS-485 communication. Bellows couplings compensate for slight shaft misalignments while allowing for zero backlash and maintaining a high level of torsional stiffness as well as a low moment of inertia. This makes them ideal for high performance servo motor applications as well as any other requiring a high degree of accuracy in the transmission of velocity and torque. The ability of a single piece bellows coupling to compensate for misalignment is limited in most cases to approximately 0.008” of lateral offset. |
