The PIHera flexure positioner series offers the largest variety of travel ranges and options of any high precision piezo nanopositioning stage currently available. PIHera stages come in single axis (horizontal and vertical), two-axis (XY), and XYZ combinations. T-LSR Medium Load Linear Slides with Built-in Controllers from Zaber Technlogies

 

Zaber's T-LSR Series devices are computer controlled motorized linear slides that can carry up to 20 kg loads. These stages offer 75 to 450 mm travel ranges, up to 80 mm/s speed, and up to 100 N thrust. Different pitch lead screw options allow for versions with different resolutions (fine to coarse), and the stages’ built-in controllers enable multiple units to be daisy-chained and controlled without additional hardware.
